Shipping policy

Shipping is available across Canada and the continental USA. 

For your convenience, all duties and customs fees are included in the displayed product prices for US orders. What you see at checkout is all you pay - no hidden charges and no surprise fees upon delivery!

All shipments are sent by either standard or ground shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary, but are generally between 2-8 business days. This does not include individual product lead times. Current lead times can be found on each product page. 

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or product damage as a result of shipping. We pack all our orders securely, but accidents can happen. To file a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping company directly.
